Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Marta Almeida Unipessoal Lda, trading as Entretom ("we", "us").

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you accept these terms. You must be of legal age in your country, and if you use the service for an organisation you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What this service is

This is an AI-assisted reflection tool. It reads text you provide and offers an interpretation, alternative readings, and possible next steps.

What it is not

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, or a diagnosis. It cannot know another person's feelings or intentions with certainty, and it does not claim to.

If you are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

AI outputs and accuracy

Reports are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. They are for general reflection only and must not be relied on as professional advice or as evidence about another person.

You are responsible for the text you submit, for verifying any output before acting on it, and for the consequences of your decisions.

Content you submit and content rights

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you send us, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

You keep whatever rights you have in your input; you may use the resulting report for your own personal purposes.

If you believe content processed through the service infringes your rights, write to suporte@entretom.app identifying the content and the rights concerned. We remove infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, surveil, stalk, manipulate or coerce another person, to generate illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonation, to attempt to bypass safety filters or jailbreak the model, to distribute malware, to probe or interfere with our security, or to scrape or resell the service.

We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and content, and restrict accounts, to enforce these rules.

Our intellectual property

The service, its software, interface, prompts, branding and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. No reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of technical limits.

Credits

Previews are free. Full reports are unlocked with prepaid credits. Credits are consumed when a report is unlocked. There is no subscription and credits do not expire monthly.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, invoices and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Prices are shown before purchase and may include tax depending on your location.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from your account page.

On termination you lose access to stored analyses; you can export or read them before closing your account.

Liability

The service is provided as-is and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
