Does he like me? A calmer way to answer it
The honest answer is that no one can tell you from the outside with certainty — but you can get much closer by looking at consistency instead of intensity.
Start freeIntensity versus consistency
Intense attention that arrives in bursts and disappears is a weaker signal than modest attention that shows up every week. Consistency costs something; intensity often does not.
Three questions worth asking yourself
- Does he move things forward, or only respond?
- Do I feel calmer or more anxious after we talk?
- If nothing changed for three months, would I be okay with this?
When the answer stays unclear
Prolonged ambiguity is itself information. Someone who wants clarity with you usually creates it.
